When trying to paste an attachment into the composer window which was selected
and copied from the main kmail windw, the right click on the composer window
brings up the menu with"paste" in it, but does not work (copy the attachment
into the composer window) It is necessary to go to the top menu and select
"paste" for it to be pasted there there.
