Sure Wolfgang,

the Google authentication not working I can see as an issue between the
Google Goliath and the Akonadi PIM David (guess who's gonna win).  But what
about the "Custom Account" route not letting me fully customize the
settings, but instead forcing me to use the (broken) Google authentication
method as soon as it detects the Google IMAP server?  In "Custom" mode, I
should be in full control of all settings, even to mess them up royally if
I so desire - no?
