Moving or deleting items from "Unified Mailboxes" is not permanent and not
reflected in the underlying inboxes. This complicates clean-up und archiving
processes and reduces the benefit of a unifying folder.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete or move some mails from "Unified Mailboxes"
2. They seem to be removed
3. Open underlying inbox
4. The still are there
5. Restart Kmail
6. The now are there again even in "Unified Mailboxes".
OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
Changes to "Unified Mailboxes" should be permanent and also be reflected in the
underlying inboxes.
