If you do a right click on a component in the list, which shows the programmes
(KMail, Akregator, KOrganizer etc.), you get a menu for settings of the list.
It would be useful if there would be actions for the programmes (e. g. for
KMail a "Fetch Mails" entry and some of the entries of the context menu of the
tray icon).
