I am trying to integrate KDE's Phab calendar into Korganizer, and I have the following export file: https://phabricator.kde.org/calendar/export/ics/vz6554ndpdhjeqpea3oy/kde_public_tasks.ics Which I can download and browse and it contains the calendar data.
