SUMMARY
Dragging doesn't work anywhere in the UI when using wayland: tried to drag text
from a message, email addresses, messages in the message list, folders, and
nothing happens. It works fine on xcb, and it also works on wayland in other
KDE applications
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kmail on wayland
2. Try to drag anything: text, messages, folders...
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
