SUMMARY
Dashes in sent messages get replaced by question marks.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send a text message containing dashes.
OBSERVED RESULT
The sent message has dashes replaced by question marks.
EXPECTED RESULT
Let the sent message contain the original dashes.
