SUMMARY
While all folders have the same heading it would be desirable to make an
exception for the folder 'sent-mail' and its subfolders.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Standard folder heading is 'Sender' for all folders including the folder
'sent-mail'
2. An exception should be made for folder 'sent-mail' where the heading
'Receiver' makes more sense
