I would like to confirm if I know how. One thing I would like to mention and please don't get me wrong. This bug has been reported since more than 3 years. KMail doesn't work properly for pop3-accounts. For example I have deleted a couple of new emails. They were marked as read but not deleted and after 10 or more seconds they were really deleted and gone from my inbox. Some messages came up with "Please wait ..." inbetween.
