SUMMARY
Adding a google account from KaddressBook results in nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. File → new → add address book
2. choose google
3. authenticate
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens after closing the config dialog
EXPECTED RESULT
When it worked, google calendar and contacts were regularly updated and shown.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Issue also affects Korganizer. It feels like it started once I had configured a
EWS account, but I don't know for sure.
