STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I'm in the KMail component and select the "New Todo" button in the upper
left corner
2. Incidence Viewer pops-up
OBSERVED RESULT
The timezones are hidden, but if I click them open I see "Floating"
EXPECTED RESULT
BY default my real timezone should be used
