cmake files are installed to both /usr/lib/cmake/KPim5Libkleo/ and
/usr/lib/cmake/KF5Libkleo/ for backwards compatibility, but
KPim5LibkleoQchTargets.cmake is not installed to the latter path. This breaks
build of kopete with QCH enabled:
