STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Compose a mail
2. Write enough text so it does not fit in the composer window
3. Without changing the cursor position, scroll in the window
4. Give the focus to another window
OBSERVED RESULT
The composer window come back to the cursor position.
EXPECTED RESULT
The composer window does not change.
