I can't reproduce the issue with the attached file on current git master of KDE
PIM. I suspect this may have been a bug in libical instead of KOrganizer
itself, and most likely has been fixed in the meantime.
Please feel free to reopen the bug if you can still reproduce the issue with an
up-to-date version of KDE PIM. Also mention the version of libical that you
have installed, please.
