KMail opens URLs twice in Iceweasel if I click on a URL inside an email. It
doesn't matter if Iceweasel is already running or not. I always get two tabs
with the same URL (the one from the email). The Problem is that KMail sends the
same URL twice - e.g. in my case if I click on the URL http://bugs.kde.org it
uses the following cmdline to call iceweasel:
iceweasel http://bugs.kde.org http://bugs.kde.org
