Currently, when I open Kontact's Settings dialog each program has a checkbox
next to its name to quickly enable and disable it inside Kontact.
However, there's no such checkbox next to KJots ("Notebook"). If I click it in
the treeview, I can indeed check/uncheck the "Enable component" checkbox that
shows up on the right, but it doesn't change anything (the Apply button doesn't
even change its state) and KJots is always enabled.
