After changing from "Do not show a message preview pane" to "Show the message
preview pane below the message list" a couple of menu entries in the "view
menu" that are supposed to exist when message preview pane is active aren't
there.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deactivate Message Preview Pane (settings - appearance - layout)
2. As expected, the "view" menu does not show message related entries such as
headers, attachments, use fixe font, set encoding.
3. Activate Message Preview Pane (I just tried "below" the message list)
4. The "view" menu does still not show message related entries, though it
should.
The expected behavior is restored when restarting Kmail / Kontact.
This bug exists with Gentoo KDE 4.2.4 and Kubuntu KDE 4.2.2.
