Steps to reproduce:
1) open mail message in new window
2) grab right side, resize horizontally to see wordwrap in action
3) Ctrl-mousewheel to enlarge text size
Notice that wordwrap does not get activated, the text moves offscreen and a
horitontal scrollbar appears.
