In the Message List, the column layout needs to be different according to
folder, but version 1.11.4 does not allow this.
For example, in the Inbox folder, the Message List needs to show the SENDER.
(We know who received it.)
And in the Sent folder, the Message List needs to show the RECEIVER (we know
who sent it).
Also, the user positioning of the column boundaries is not preserved.
As it is, whatever changes are made to the Message List column headers in one
folder are also implemented in all other folders, i.e. applied globally.
This is simply wrong and inappropriate, as well is extremely inconvenient.
