if only children are subscribable kmail 4.3 (not 3.5) complains that the folder
does not exist
server response = "Mailbox does not exist"
I think that this issue was introduced very recently becaus I use kmail 4.3
(beta/rc) since a month now and I experience this only since yesterday or so
