When opening (clicking) an email in the message list which contains a few (eg.
5) image attachments, KMail hangs, and the cpu load goes to maximum. The gui
becomes responsive again after ~1min when KMail opened the email, and then I
can see the images also.
Attachments displaying is "Smart".
