I have three IMAP accounts running in KMail and if I disconnect the network
(pull the plug), I get error messages if the accounts are checked for the next
time. If I now reconnect the network and fetch mail, not all accounts are
checked. In this state, if I quit KMail, there are kio_imap4 processes, that
keep running.
