empty item on kaddressbook
First problem I've find on the new kaddressbook. After some try I've been able
to add the akonadi resource for having my addressbook.
I don't really know how, but there is an extra empty item (look at the
screenshot).
Do you need some particular configuration file for understanding better the
problem?

P.S: I don't know if it is related, but after restarting it, the addressbook
list is empty, do you need a separate bugreport?
