Of course, it's a mail sent from the same Kmail (from my account) to a maillist, and then it's received again via POP in Kmail. the attachment is a ngrep capture but as I said, the mails doesn't arrive to Kmail which gets blocked. If I delete that mail in the server then there is no more problem.
