If I add an ldap address book, the ldap filter field is always ignored. You can
enter any filter even a malformed one, but the ldap query performed by kontact
is always the same.
Sniffing with wireshark when performing an ldap lookup with kontact I saw that
the ldap filter is always:
(&(|(|(objectclass=person)(objectclass=groupofnames))(mail=*))(|(cn=*searchterm*)(sn=*searchterm*)))
