Since upgrading from KDE 4.2.4 to KDE 4.3.0 KMail no longer uses a correct
signature separator ("-- ", <dash><dash><space>) to separate the signature from
the message body, but instead only uses two dashes.
The signature separator is still correct when composing the mail, but after
sending the message it shows up with incorrectly truncated whitespace for the
separator line, which is also what reaches the recipient.
