It's not possible to copy email text with Ctrl+C shortcut.
How to reproduce
1. run kmail
2. select email and open it in own window
3. try to copy piece of email with Ctrl+C shortcut
Actual result: Error dialog "The key sequence 'Ctrl+C' is ambiguous."
Expected result: text copied into clipboard
