Using kmail within kontact on arch linux 64 bit, kde 4.3
Send an email with pictures inserted (using the new feature since KDE 4.3) and
with internet links.
Go to the sent items folder and select "send again" on the mail sent.
The mail is open again but inserted pictures and links are gone.
