If I set parameter 'download attached files by request' I can see folowing bug:
After receiving a mail with non english (russian in my situation) named
attached file, kmail displays they as 'UTF-8' or 'KOI8-R'. And pass that name
to external application if I try open it. If in this moment I press V-key for
display mail source, name has changed on true.
