What I was doing when the application crashed:
I have removed two IMAP accounts (not disconected ones) from my settings.
When I clicked OK, kmail started to complain about files it did not find. As I
saw these files were related to the imap folders in the accounts I have just
deleted.
After clicking some windows one by one (I have closed one about one folder, it
has opened one about the next folder) it started to open a lot of windows at
the same time, and then crashed.
