kmail used to restart after login in the state it was in at log out - I can't
remember when, but in the latest version of kde 3.5 it insists on starting up
with a full window visible no matter if it was docked / iconized at log out.
Sounds trivial but it is quite annoying.
Not this is a bug for kde 3.5 - I lied about the version on the wizard because
it is blocking bug reports for version of kde earlier than 4.0
