When receiving an HTML email with several large images embedded in the email -
the images are attached as MIME parts in the email and the HTML references
these images using "cid:" references - then KMail fails to show these images in
the HTML view but shows them as attachments instead.
All other email clients I've tried show the embedded images perfectly.
