Summary: embedded audio player option for kmail
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

My digital answering machine mails me the messages as a wav-file. Normally I
have Amarok open wav, mp3 and so on. Which means, when I click on the file in
Kmail it open in Amarok, add itself to the playlists and then starts playing
the rest of the playlist after i heard the message. That does not make many
sense. Of course, I can choose "Open with" in Kmail for another player. But
that function a) is very uncomfortable (there is wish about this somewher) b)
in this case it would just make sense to play it there.
So I thought will all the power of KDE technologies it should possible to have
an embedded audio player for attachments.
