Easy enough to reproduce:
- Create a new note for testing (dialogue does *not* redisplay for new notes).
- Edit the note by *double clicking* on it (dialogue does *not* redisplay when
started from the Edit menu)
- OK or Cancel the dialogue. It then redisplays and the user needs to OK/Cancel
again.
Not 100% sure but I've only noticed this since 4.3.3.
