*what happens: kmail disobbeys my changed imap default send server settings
*steps to reproduce: i have 2 imap mail accounts set(gmail & aol), when i go to
settings > accounts > sending tab and choose the other (aol) + select 'set
default' the title changes ok( => now aol (default) ) BUT when i try to send
email, i get cannot connect to smtp.gmail.com, that's why i infer that gmail is
still set as default smtp server. happens even after restart.
