I have contacts in Kaddressbook linked with some Kopete contacts. If you do
this you get an option "chat with" in Kaddressbook. Klicking it does nothing.
I tried it having kopete running and not running.
It also didn't work on KDE4.3.2 official ubuntu-packages.
I've tested it under Gnome 2.28 and under KDE 4.3.2/3
