Development is waiting for WYSIWYG HTML editor being developed by Qt/Nokia team or anybody. There is something available at http://labs.trolltech.com/blogs/2009/03/12/wysiwyg-html-editor/ since Match 2009, but kmail developers don't like this feature or it is not priority for them despite is voted as one of the most wanted feature. Guys if you are working in Outlookish company, switch to Zimbra.
