At least, - do you see those wakeups when the knode's window is completly hidden? - do you have automatic checking enable for your account? - a textual copy of the powertop screen. Trying to login with a new user and see if you can still see those wakeups with the default configuration of knode would be better. If it don't, then, step by step, modify the configuration to have the same config as the one of your current login account.
