The mail folder context menu has the entry
"Alle Nachrichten als gelesen markieren"
which may be
"mark all messages as read"
in english.
On every start of kmail the accelerator for this entry is randomly assigned one
of the three letters 'N', 'g' or 'a'.
This is confusing and no fun because I like to trust my accelerators blindly.
And I don't know if it's just luck that none of these three letters has ever
been assigned to another action (did not happen to me until now).
