I second that. Regardless of all Akonadi hype, I have never got it to work myself, nor heard anyone actually using it even I've asked quite a few KDE users about it. Relaying heavily on server software that is now doomed to die and scatter to many competing projects, its future looks even more confusing. I'd rather see an working implementation and proof of people adopting that, than driving people to something that doesn't exist yet. That's how it was seen in freedesktop.org which somehow came as a surprise for people pushing it. Personally I'd like to see native IMAP and Directory resources supported as everything else until there is enough proof of concept from new radical approaches. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Kdepim-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
