Sometimes attachments that I save from an IMAP folder end up empty (o bytes) on
my disk. KMail downloads them (progressbar at the lower right), asks for a
destination folder and even asks to overwrite an existing file, if there is
one.
To get it working again, I have to press F5 on that folder first before saving
that file again.
