It is a very good thing that the active popup which informed us about a
connection problem has been removed. The idea of sending a message in the KDE
message system is also a good idea but it would also be good if a little icon
could appear near the name of the account to indicate that this account is
temporarily unavailable. Also we could clic on it in order to have more
information about the reason.
