After deleting all of my Akonadi and my KMail config and starting KMail, two
migration windows are shown, which the user has to dismiss. One for the
calendar, one for the address book.
These popups are disruptive.
- Migration windows should not be shown for a clean config
- When there is no error, the migration windows should not be shown at all
