upgraded from kde 3.3.5 to 4.4.2
all contacts from addressbook were lost.
As I tried to import the cards from from /.kde4/share/... /kabc I get a window
asking for a the "address book the imported contact will be saved to". But
don't give me any options nor allows to type in.
