Some day I ended up having four address books all having the same name "Address
Book". I can rename them using kaddressbook or akonadiconsole, but I cannot
remove one of them. Kaddressbook offers the delete button in the pop up of the
address books, but delete just does nothing.
All four address books seem to contain a copy of my old std.vcf.
