Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to the to-do component.
2. Click on create a new todo.
Actual Results:
The complete checkbox is missing. There is just the complete combobox.
Expected Results:
A checkbox is near the to-do complete combobox to complete a todo with one
click.
