--- Comment #4 from Paul Gideon Dann <pdgiddie+kde gmail com> 2010-07-10 14:23:14 --- OK, I think I've found a way to hack the KMail config + cache to get rid of the "Public Folders" when connecting to an Exchange Servers via IMAP: * Close KMail * Open ~/.kde4/share/config/kmailrc * Find the "Account" section corresponding to your Exchange account. This will probably have a line near the top saying: 2="Public Folders/" or similar. Delete that line. Check for other lines in the section that might refer to that folder too. * Ensure locally-subscribed-folders=true * Set locallyUnsubscribedFolders=/Public Folders/ * Go to ~/.kde4/apps/kmail/dimap and do "ls -la" * Go into the directory that looks like .xxxxx.directory, that refers to your exchange account. * do ls -la again * Remove *all files & folders* referring to "Public Folders". There should be "Public Folders", ".Public Folders.directory", and some other files. Make sure they're all gone. * Start KMail and cross your fingers :) I hope this helps someone; get in touch if you need more help. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Kdepim-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
