Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the mail config.
2. Change composer-> std templates-> new Message (e.g. enter some test lines)
3. Press Ok.
4. Open a composer "New Message"
Actual Results:
The old template of the message is used.
Expected Results:
I want to see my test lines in the new message.
