In the window for defining the new addressbook entry is missing possibility to
define the category of the contact. The old entries defined before have this
category still defined and it is possible to select the entries using the
category in the KMail.
The address book is defined as the Akonadi resource.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Add the new addressbook entry.
Add defined addressbook entry into existing/new category.
Actual Results:
No control for the adding entry into the category.
