In the Kmail-mobile spreadsheet it is mentionned that there should be an
'About' functionality always available from the main window whereas there is
none atm.

- Launch Kmail-mobile
Actual Results:
There is no 'About' button or tab in Kmail-mobile main window atm
Expected Results:
whereas there should be one.
